Fields of interest: Teaching, Research in Agricultural Microbiology, Fermentation Technology, Microbial Enzymes, Bioremediation, Biotransformation, Bioinformatics, Molecular Biology. Three years (June, 2004 – Sep, 2007) research experience during Ph.D. titled “Pseudomonas as a plant growth promoting rhizobacterium in rice (Oryza sativa L.)” in Microbiology under the guidance of Prof. Purshotam Kaushik, Head, Dept. Of Botany and Microbiology, Gurukul Kangri University, Haridwar, Uttakhand, India. He has obtained his PhD degree in Microbiology from Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya. Since then he has worked in different projects in the field of Agricultural Microbiology, Industrial Microbiology and Bio-informatics. At present engaged in various Academic and Research activities at Lovely professional University, Phagwara, Punjab. Agricultural Microbiology, Bio-remediation, Microbial enzyme, Food Microbiology, Biofertilizer, Bio-degradation, Bio-mining.
